- Competitors can pack in from 3pm – 5pm (garages locked 4.30pm)
- Festival sign-on and Bike Check from 4pm - 5.30pm. Bring your competition licence and helmet to sign on. You will be given the event programme and any pre-ordered merchandise.

FRIDAY 30th JANUARY – MANFEILD RUN TRACK DAY - ENTRANTS MUST PRE-REGISTER - link to follow
- Track Day Sign-in and Bike Check from 7am to 8.30am - All bikes taking part in the Track Day must have bike check stickers
- Track day rider’s briefing at 8.30am
- Bikes on track from 9am
- Festival sign-on from 2pm - 5pm. Bring your competition licence and helmet to sign on. You will be given the event programme and any pre-ordered merchandise.
- 5.00pm conclusion of bikes circulating on track
- 6.30pm $10 BBQ & Championship Prize-giving

SATURDAY 31st JANUARY – 1st DAY OF RACING
- 7.00am – 8.30am Sign-on and Bike Check. Bring your competition licence and helmet to sign on. You will be given the event programme and any pre-ordered merchandise.
- 8.30am Rider's Briefing
- 9.00am Bikes on track - 1 round of Practice/Qualitying - Groups 1-8, 1 Round of Racing
- 12.00 – 12.30 Lunch break and on-track demonstrations
- Trophy Races
- 5.00pm conclusion of bikes circulating on track
- 6.30pm Pre-booked dinner and prizegiving
- Overnight camping – prebooked with Manfeild - link to follow
SUNDAY 1st FEBRUARY – 2ND DAY OF RACING
- 3 rounds of Championship racing (if time allows)
- 12.00-12.30 Lunch break and on-track demonstrations
- 5.00pm conclusion of racing and pack-down begins
- Overnight camping – prebooked with Manfeild - link to follow
MONDAY 2ND FEBRUARY - PACK OUT - Pack-out by midday – no overnight camping
On-line entries will open as soon as the MNZ permit is approved (at which stage an email will be sent to all members) and close on 20th December. Late entries will only be accepted at the discretion of the race secretary where grids are not oversubscribed. Cross entering a bike is prohibitted. A bike can only be entered into one Race class/group. Entrants are welcome to enter multiple bikes.
Once a race group is full (40 bikes), entrants will be contacted and may be placed in the Regularity/Parade Group until a space becomes available in their appropriate race group.

RACE EVENT SCHEDULE:
SATURDAY 31st JANUARY
9.00am Bikes on Track - One round of practice/qualifying (10 mins per race Race Group)
1 round of racing for Championship points - all classes (4 Laps for Groups 1,3,5,7 & 8 and 6 Laps for Groups 2,4 & 6, 3 timed Laps for Group 9)
1 round of NZCMRR Classic Festival trophy races - all classes (6 Laps for Groups 1,3,5,7 & 8 and 8 Laps for Groups 2,4 & 6, 4 timed Laps for Group 9)
Bikes off track by 5pm. Trophy prizegiving at 6.30pm. Manfeild Trust are holding the Manfeild Live concert in the oval Manfeild Live.
SUNDAY 1st FEBRUARY
8.30am Short rider's briefing
9.00am 3 rounds of racing for Championship points – all classes. (4 Laps for Groups 1,3,5,7 & 8 and 6 Laps for Groups 2,4 & 6, 3 timed laps for Group 9)

- Race Group 1: Classic 500cc - Pre '63 351-500 Clubmans, Factory Racing & Modified, Classic 70's 500
- Race Group 2: Post Classic Senior - P82 Senior, P89 F1, P95 SBK, P95 F1
- Race Group 3: Vintage, Pre War & Classic 250cc - Pre War 350 - Pre '63 0-250 Clubmans, Factory Racing, Modified & Classic 70's 250
- Race Group 4: Post Classic F2 - P89 F2, P95 F2
- Race Group 5: Sidecars - Pre '63, Classic 70's, Pre '82
- Race Group 6: Post Classic Junior - P82 Junior, P89 F2, P89 F3, P95 F2, P95 F3
- Race Group 7: Classic Open - Pre '63 Open Modified, Classic 70's Open
- Race Group 8: Classic 350cc - Pre '63 251-350 Clubmans, Factory Racing, Modified & Classic 70's 350
- Goup 9: Regularity/Parade - For those bikes or riders that aren't entered in race event. This event gives people the opportunity to see some different bikes and riders out on the track.

- I am aware that the sport of Motorcycle Competition might a) cause me injury; serious or otherwise b) damage my property.
- I wish to take part in the event despite the above risks.
- Neither I, or anyone associated or connected with me will make any claim against you or your officers, employees or agents in respect of: a) any injury suffered by me; or b) any damage to any of my property regardless of how the injury or damage occurs.
- I will indemnify you against all claims, damages or losses (including costs) which you incur as the direct or indirect result of any injury to me or damage to my property.
- I am physically fit and there is no health or other reason why I should not participate in the sport of Motorcycle Competition.
- I am aware that this disclaimer will not affect any legal obligations you have to me which you cannot contract out of under NZ Law.
- I agree that in this disclaimer “my property” includes any property owned by me or in my possession or under my control.
- I agree that this disclaimer will be binding on my family, my heirs, my legal assigns and my administrators and executors.
- I accept that stripping and re-assembly for Technical Checks are at my cost.
- I consent to the details contained in this form being held by the NZCMRR Motorcycle Club for the purpose of the promotion and the benefit of the race meeting concerned, and Motorcycling in general. I acknowledge my right to access and correction of this information. The consent is given in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.
- MNZ supports the FIM/IOC Charter on drugs in Sport. MNZ uses the services of Drug Free Sport NZ and other agencies to professionally carry out the testing. I acknowledge by signing this form I may be subjected to a drug/alcohol test at any time. I agree to such testing. I further agree that my name can be published by MNZ as having taken part in a drug/alcohol test together with the results of that testing.
- I confirm that my machine complies with any technical rule(s) set out in the Manual of Motorcycle Sport and/or the Supplementary Regulations and that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, it is in safe working order and fit for competition.
