Programme of events
REMEMBER- We are no longer accepting entries on-the-day, you MUST enter before the event. Pay-on-the-day is an option however, although this will incur a surcharge of $20 for the additional processing work required. Also remember that if you did not enter at Hampton, that you must have re-entered your bike specifications ON THE WEBSITE in order for you to be able to complete your entry. Thank you for your cooperation- the extra time you spend doing this makes it that much easier for our volunteers. Let's keep this racing going!
Groundsheets are also now required by Taupo IMP for all members pitting on the hard-stand outside of the garages. Any oil leaked will be charged to the club; please bring a groundsheet and help keep our cost of racing down! The same applies for waste tyres- DO NOT LEAVE your waste tyres at the track, as the club also gets charged for these.
EVENT ENTRY FEES are $360 standard, $300 for South Islanders coming up to race, these excluding the compulsory per-rider Taupo IMP "Safety Levy", which is an additional $35.
THE TRACK IS UNFORTUNATELY NOT RUNNING A TEST DAY

Garaging - Garaging at the circuit is available for competitors at a rate of $210 per night (if you use a garage Friday and Saturday nights then it will be $420 for the weekend). This is a half-garage which has a recommended maximum of three bikes or two sidecars, though more can be put in. Keep in mind if you store more than this limit that you do not draw excessive power, or exceed the fuel storage limits. No fuel is to be stored in the garages overnight; a fuel storage container is located on the hardstand for this purpose. Any and all garages that are used will be charged back to the club. Garage bookings will be taken at the point of entry on the website, but at the track will be handled by Neville Bull who can be reached at 027 255 1375.
Camping for competitors at Taupo Motorsport Park
Self-contained or semi-self-contained vehicles are allowed, NO tents.
To register for camping, click here. Taupo ask that all of those wishing to stay to submit their request. This is to allow TMP to understand who is coming and prepare accordingly. You CANNOT arrive on the day wishing to camp without having submitted a request. Should anyone have difficulties with this process please contact TMP with your request to allow them to register you and assist with the process.
Camping is $50 per night per vehicle, for clarity if the vehicle sleeps 1 it is $50, if the vehicle sleeps 4 it is still only $50. LATE ARRIVALS- Should you be looking to arrive after 6pm on Friday night, please let them know so we can let security know. Late arrivals will be accepted until 10pm.
If you have registered for camping, when you arrive go to the Taupo IMP office to collect your pack, which has wrist bands – these must be worn at all times throughout the weekend. This is proof that you are registered as a camper. Under no circumstances should this be removed and given to another person.
If you are found to have guests on site, with no pass, you will be required to leave.
